・Copyrights of submitted abstracts belong to The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP). The submitted abstracts will be published in conference website, abstract PDF and other electronic media published by JSAP Kyushu chapter.
・We cannot guarantee your presentation is programmed in the section or presentation type (oral/poster) chosen on submission. We will not notify the speakers even when we could not meet their request. We cannot accept withdrawal because of this either.
・No submission, edit of your registered information, replacement of the abstract PDF, nor withdrawal are accepted after the submission deadline.

  3. Applicants must not have won the award previously.
