Those who wish to attend M&BE4 should fill out the Registration Form (MSWord document), and send it to the secretariat general, Dr. Naoki Matsuda.

by E-mail (mbe4@ni.aist.go.jp) or FAX (+81-942-81-4061).

After that the registration will be processed at the conference site upon arrival.

Reciept of the registration fee will be issued at the registration desk during the conference.

The registration fee includes admission to technical sessions and one copy of Abstract.
