We propose a quantum network voting scheme with anonymity and secrecy in this letter. Using two uncoupled quantum chains, an agent prepares a traveling entangled ballot state and transfers it to each voter for voting. After the completion of voting, the ballot state is sent to another authority called the tallyman to count the number of votes for each. The present scheme may be applied to leadership elections and realized experimentally in a quantum network.

Key words: quantum network, voting scheme, quantum entanglement
