This professional group is promoting various activities for researches on crystal growth, synthesis of thin films, fundamental (structural, electrical, electronic, optical, magnetic) properties of Semiconducting Silicides consisting to realize Silicides Optoelectronic Integrated Circuit (Silicide-OEIC).
Furthermore, we have sponsored annual meeting on Semiconducting Silicides and summer school for students.
