Guidelines

■ Oral Presentations

• 1. Time allotted for oral presentations
  • For invited talks: 30 minutes (including 5 min. for discussion),
  • For regular talks: 15 minutes (including 5 min. for discussion).
• 2. Audio-Visual Equipment
  • LCD projector with VGA cable
  • PC (laptop computer, Windows 10 Professional) with PowerPoint 2016 and PDF Adobe Reader
  • Projection laser pointer
• 3. Copy Your Presentation File

  Please copy your presentation file to the PC equipped in the conference room at any break in advance to the session of presentation. All the oral presenters are asked to bring their presentation files with own USB thumb drive.

  In case you use your own PC, connection to the projector must be tested before your session starts. You are requested to bring necessary adapters to connect the VGA cable.

  The presenters are requested to make a check on their files prior to the scheduled time to avoid the possible compatibility problems.

■ Poster Presentations

• Dimensions of poster boards: A0 size (W 841mm x 1189 mm).
• The presenters of Poster Session are recommended to set up their posters before Opening Session or Break (15:15-15:30) on July 20.
