Presentation Guide
Guide for oral presentationsYou can make presentation either from the following option.
- 1) Connect your laptop PC with HDMI connection to the projector.
- 2) Bring your material by USB memory to the laptop PC set at the podium. Either powerpoint or pdf format is accepted.
For plenary speakers
The presentation time is set to 30 min (25 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
For invited speakers
The presentation time is set to 25 min (20 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
For contributed oral speakers
The presentation time is set to 20 min (15 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
Guide for poster presentation
The size of the poster panel is 90 cm x 150 cm (width x height).
Posters will be pinned, and SNW2025 will provide the push pins.
Please put your posters during the lunch or coffee break.
Poster ID will be indicated in the panel, and your poster ID can be found in the program posted on the Program page.
For the shotgun presentation (17:00~17:35), please provide a slide in pdf format, and send to 2025snw@gmail.com by June 7th.
We will collect all the files into one file. The layout of the slide is up to you.
Please make a one-minute presentation.
The presentation starts from P01 and ends with P33.
The poster presentation ends at 18:30, and the posters remaining in the room will be discarded.
