| 概 要 |
ドイツ研究センターヘルムホルツ協会の一翼を担うユーリッヒ総合研究機構は、医学からバイオ、半導体技術までを扱うドイツ最大の研究機関である。この特別セミナーでは、新しいCMOS互換材料の開発と、特定の用途におけるその利点について紹介する。特に、集積フォトニクス、センシング、熱電分野、高性能エレクトロニクス、量子情報などの分野への可能性についてご講演頂く（本講演は英語で行います）。 Research Center Juelich, part of Helmholtz Association, is the largest research institute in Germany dealing with research from medicine to bio-engineering and semiconductor technology. In this special seminar, the development in the field of novel CMOS compatible materials and their advantages for specific applications will be presented. The accent is put on potential impact in field like integrated photonics, sensing, thermoelectric as well as high performance electronics and quantum information. |
