Registration

Registration fees

• Full Registration 30,000 JPY
• Student 10,000 JPY
• Banquet 4,000 JPY

The registration fee includes conference materials, coffee break refreshments, breakfasts, lunches.

While we encourage everyone to attend and take advantage of this networking opportunity during the workshop, participation in the banquet is not mandatory.

The banquet fee includes:

• participation in the QIE2025 banquet, the food and beverage expenses for the banquet on October 9th (Thursday),
• the cost of beverages during the poster session on October 8th (Wednesday).

Payment method

A link to the online payment system is provided to participants who confirm their attendance.Please note that payment by cash during the workshop will not be possible.

Meals

Meals during the workshop will be provided. Please note that meals during the banquet will only be provided to participants who have paid the banquet participation fee.

Abstract submission form

The abstract of 1,300 characters should be prepared.

Presentation Instructions

Oral presentation

The time allotted for oral presentations including 5 min Q&A is:

• Invited speaker: 40 min
• Contributing speaker: 20 min

The oral presentations will use an LCD projector and the speakers must bring their own computer.

Poster presentation

For participants presenting their research during the poster session, please bring your poster with you and attach it to the poster board upon your arrival at the workshop venue.

The poster board size is W900 x H1200mm, equivalent to A0 size.
