At OIST Seaside House, we offer complimentary twin rooms for two participants to share. If you would like to request a twin room and already know whom you wish to share with, please include their name in the registration form. If not, a roommate will be assigned to you.
Should you prefer a single room, you are welcome to arrange accommodation at an external hotel at your own expense.
For participants opting for a hotel, we recommend the following hotel:
A complimentary shuttle bus will be available twice daily, running between the recommended hotel and OIST Seaside House, the workshop venue, following this route:

If you choose to stay at a hotel other than the above, you will be responsible for making your own accommodation and transportation arrangements.
Participants staying at OIST Seaside House are encouraged to use public transportation to travel from Naha Airport to the Seaside House on the first day.
Following the final session on September 10, a chartered bus will be arranged to transport participants to Naha Airport.
