The proceedings will be published on JJAP special issue and JJAP conference proceedings (CP).
The hard deadline for paper submission is September 30 extended to October 16 23, 2022.
Upon manuscript submission, please follow the guideline below (important matters are listed):
1. For those who submit your manuscript to JJAP CP,
please contact the publication committee chair, first by August 31 (the submission dead line: Sep. 30 October 16 23) .

2. For those who submit your manuscript to JJAP Special issue (the submission dead line: Sep. 30 October 16 23), visit the submission site:

- After logging-in,
- select type of your manuscript:
- For invited speakers: select “Progress Review”
- For contributed speakers: select “Regular paper”
- select “Submit an article to JJAP Special Issues”,
- select Special issue “Semiconducting Silicide…..(Silicide2022)”
- input your Conference program number like “Mon-a-01" in “Conference program number”
3. About the type of articles
- Progress review: concise and efficient overviews covering the latest progresses in a specific research area of applied physics. They can include or be largely based on the recent results from the author(s). There is no length limit although the manuscript should be written as concisely as possible and the abstract should not exceed 150 words. Please make sure that your paper will be at least 8 printed pages.
- Regular paper: original papers with comprehensive, detailed descriptions of the research work, presenting a fully developed discussion on the results obtained in relevant fields of applied physics. They must provide sufficient and self-contained information to ensure the repeatability of experiments and analyses by readers. Please make sure that your paper will be at least 6 printed pages, and the abstract should not exceed 150 words. Appropriate references should be listed; a typical Regular Paper should include 30 or more appropriate references.
