Membership fee

Regular members: ¥2,000 / year (Students ¥1,000 / year)

Associate members: ¥4,000 / year

• Sending of e-mail information regarding regular lectures hosted by the subcommittee, individual panel discussions, tutorials/schools, etc.
• Discounts on permission fees for lectures, etc., held by the division
• Distribution of preliminary drafts of the regular lectures (held once annually)

Supporting members

Membership fee

1 membership: ¥40,000 yearly

• Delivery of notifications for regular lectures, individual discussions, tutorials/schools, etc., sponsored by the subcommittee
  (addressed to the person in charge of sponsor member corporations/institutions)
• Discounted participation fees for lectures and events sponsored by the subcommittee
• Distribution of regular lecture proceedings (one book per unit, shipped to the person in charge)
• Discounted advertisement fees in regular lecture proceedings
  • A4 size one page 50,000 yen → 20,000 yen
  • ※ Printing is mainly grayscale
• Name and logo display with link setup on the "Sponsor Members" page of the subcommittee website

Joining the Division

For new member applications to the subcommittee, please apply on the “Individual Members” page within the Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) website. Existing individual members of JSAP, please register for membership through the "Committee Application" modification screen in the “My Page” section. Non-members of JSAP, please proceed from “Membership Information & Application (Main Committee & Subcommittee)”.

In addition to individual members, we are also recruiting sponsor members. For sponsor member applications, please see the “Recommendation for Sponsor Membership” page and proceed accordingly.
