Instructions for Presentation
Oral presentation
The time allocated for plenary talks is 45 minutes. The invited speakers are scheduled for 30 minutes. The duration of an oral contribution is 15 minutes including discussion. PC and LCD projector will be available. Acceptable presentation formats are Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe PDF. You are required to load your presentation into our PC (Windows7 Professional, Microsoft PowerPoint 2010) with using a USB flash drive or CD-ROM. It is worth checking compatibility of equipment and media during the break immediately before your presentation. You are also allowed to bring your own PC to connect LCD projector. 100 V/50 Hz power supply with 2(3)-p in socket (used in Japan and north America) will be available during the presentation (any transformer will not be prepared).
Poster presentation
Authors are kindly asked to put up their posters from September 2 as soon as possible (from 9:00 on Tuesday), to keep them at least to September 4 (17:30 on Thursday) in order to enable the conference participants to view their posters at any time within the conference, and to take them down before Friday morning. Scheduled poster authors are required to stand by the posters during the scheduled poster session to answer questions from attendees. Odd-numbered (Even-numbered) poster authors must be present on Tuesday (Wednesday).
A space (900 mm wide x 1200 mm high), enough to put an A0 poster, will be provided for the display. Thumbtacks will be prepared. The remaining posters will be disposed by the conference staff, i.e. posters will not be stored anymore.
