Registration

Registration is accepted only through the website before 24:00 of August 15, 2014 (Japan Standard Time, UTC+9). After 24:00 of August 15, 2014, registration can be made at the conference site. Early registration before 24:00 of August 5, 2014 (Japan Standard Time, UTC+9) is strongly recommended. (The registration fee once paid will not be refunded.)

• Regular registration: 60,000 Japanese Yen (JPY) per person with one presentation.
• Early registration: 50,000 JPY before August 5, 2014 at the same conditions as the regular registration.
• Regular student rate: 35,000 JPY per person with one presentation.
• Early student rate: 30,000 JPY before August 5, 2014 at the same conditions as the regular student rate.
• A student ID is necessary to apply the student fee. (Please enter the student ID number and the affiliation name on the registration web site, and show the student ID card on the conference registration desk.)

Presenting authors are kindly requested to complete their registration through the web site by 24:00 of August 5, 2014 (Japan Standard Time, UTC+9), the early registration dead line, for the program schedule management. Oral presentation papers may be changed to poster presentation papers unless the registration is completed by August 5. The registration fee includes one presentation, admission to all technical sessions, USB thumb drive of the final program and the abstract book, welcome reception (held on evening, Monday, September 1), and DVD of the proceeding book (will be mailed after the conference). For multiple presentations by a single registration, an additional fee (10,000 JPY per presentation) is required.
